Mesure - Chelsea FC Head Coach U15s I worked with Jamie at Crystal Palace and took so much personally from working alongside him. His attention to detail and determination to improve every single player was a privilege to see. Jamie’s programme at Unique FA is exactly what young players need to improve technically and tactically, a programme I would recommend to any young player who has a desire to improve. It is great to see Jamie and his programme doing well, with lots of players being signed by professional academies. I wish him all the best going forward. Good luck mate. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/55fb6f83e4b040a2fa80b826/1496406716682-45UPKBV6MBWO7TPDCN4K/IMG_0790.jpeg Unique FA Testimonials - Ben Garner - West Bromwich Albion FC 1st Team Coach (Copy) Ben Garner - West Bromwich Albion FC 1st Team Coach The development of young players in this country is of the utmost importance right from grassroots level through to professional academies. Having seen Unique FA academy at close hand Jamie and his team continue to develop young players, its one of the leading independent academies in the industry with a fantastic reputation for unearthing and developing talent. Unique FA is always forward thinking and leads the way introducing genuine performance analysis into their training programmes. Players that attend Unique FA will, i have no doubt develop and improve in an environment that rivals many professional football club academies in my opinion. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/55fb6f83e4b040a2fa80b826/1446972745536-L2TJROZM7N09E1YM6448/Screen-Shot-2015-02-23-at-08.03.28.png Unique FA Testimonials - Trevor Bumstead - Arsenal FC (Copy) Trevor Bumstead - Arsenal FC Having worked with Jamie Waller for nearly 2 years when I was the Lead Youth Development Phase Coach at the West ham United Academy, Jamie proved to be an enthusiastic, forward thinking coach who had an holistic approach to developing each player he worked with. Jamie’s sessions were always well organised, progressive and fun which is why I am happy promoting the Unique FA Academy. More recently i have worked with Jamie to secure three Unique Academy players scholarships in the USA offering them the chance to continue their playing career whilst combining further education. As Head coach of the U15s at Arsenal FC I look forward to maintaining a relationship with Unique FA in the future and commend them on the standards they maintain and players they continue to develop. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/55fb6f83e4b040a2fa80b826/1446972763683-PSXKTE37216SSJDID5ZX/Mandela%2BEgbo%2BEngland%2Bu16%2Bv%2BScotland%2Bu16%2BSky%2B0Xd7yaBoAWPl.jpg Unique FA Testimonials - Mandela Egbo - Borussia Monchengladbach & Crystal Palace FC and England International (Copy) Mandela Egbo - Borussia Monchengladbach & Crystal Palace FC and England International “I had heard all sorts of good stuff about Jamie Waller, before he took me under his wing back as an under 13, and it was only 30 seconds into my first training session with him when I began to understand what everyone was raving about! Jamie helped me through probably the hardest time I’ve ever had as a footballer. All his sessions were planned exquisitely & every tactic seemed just right. His banter was the stand-out thing about him though and, even a few years on, he’s still able to have a laugh and a joke with the lads – but don’t get me wrong, if you step out of line he’ll tell you. But he naturally has that balance that lots of other coaches have to work for years to perfect! The most important thing I’ve got to say to Jamie right now is a big thank you for that year that you took me on and brought my confidence and ability right back up to where it needed to be. Wish you all the best in the future coach… Good Luck!” https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/55fb6f83e4b040a2fa80b826/1446972737919-B9W51UCPBEQQNU6O6G71/anderson-l229-1900397_478x359.jpg Unique FA Testimonials - Mark Anderson - Manchester United FC (Copy) Mark Anderson - Manchester United FC We have been working closely with Jamie Waller and his team at Unique Football Academy since I was heading up the Recruitment and Talent I.D. at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club Academy. Jamie and his team are very Professional in every aspect, they give good information, structured, good coaching, prompt, and they are very happy to develop players without holding them back from progressing, he is happy to recommend the players for trials at Professional clubs and he does not stand in the way of their pathway when being approached for trials or games. Jamie has teams across all age groups and he was happy to travel to Brighton from London / Kent so that the players and parents can experience Academy football in a professional relaxed environment at our New state of the art training ground. Jamie and his team put the players first. I am happy to work with Jamie and Unique Football Academy and we look to continue our close working relationship moving forward in the right direction. The Academy Unique speaks for itself, for us it sends out the right message with a good name, they are Unique in what they deliver and it is a pleasure working with them, from my own experience over a 29 year period in Professional football, these install great faith into what they do for young players on and off the pitch. He’s a very passionate guy who loves to win and has great knowledge of football, which is very important when you’re a young player learning your trade. While Jamie was my coach the fun, exciting and challenging environment he set amongst the lads was brilliant! I won my first piece of silverware under Jamie which I still remember to this day! I wish Jamie and the team at Unique FA well for the future! I’m looking forward to coming down and seeing all the lads at Unique Football Academy train and would recommend there set-up to anyone who’s serious about developing their game. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/55fb6f83e4b040a2fa80b826/1542121237130-4S0JXWROJTOCC30WO92D/dave-hunt-978.jpg Unique FA Testimonials - Dave Hunt - West Ham Utd (Copy) Dave Hunt - West Ham Utd Unique FA is an elite coaching academy that is really helping to move grass roots football closer to Academy football, the opportunities and coaching that these guys give to local talent is second to none and i will continue working closely with them in the future.
